Vehicle Compliance Waiver

By proceeding, you acknowledge that certain products sold by RNJ Performance LLC may not be compliant with federal, state, or local emissions, vehicle equipment, or road-use laws for public highway operation.

You understand that these products are intended only for closed-course competition vehicles, off-road use where legally permitted, or other lawful non-street applications unless expressly stated otherwise.

You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether the purchase, installation, possession, transport, and use of any product is lawful in your state, county, city, or other jurisdiction, including compliance with emissions, registration, inspection, and safety requirements.

RNJ Performance LLC does not represent or guarantee that any product is legal for street use, highway use, or installation on pollution-controlled motor vehicles unless explicitly stated in writing.

By continuing, you confirm that you have read and understood these disclosures and that you assume full responsibility for your purchase and for any installation or use of the product.

You further agree to release, waive, and hold harmless RNJ Performance LLC, together with its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns, from and against claims, liabilities, penalties, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your purchase, installation, possession, transport, or use of the product, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Consumer Use Agreement

By purchasing from RNJ Performance LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Intended Use. Products sold by RNJ Performance LLC are intended for competition vehicles used on closed courses, off-road applications where legally permitted, or other non-street uses unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Compliance Responsibility. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances before purchasing, installing, or using any product.
3. Emissions and Regulatory Restrictions. You understand that modification, removal, or replacement of emissions-related equipment may be restricted or prohibited by law, including under EPA, CARB, or similar state regulations.
4. Federal Notice. WARNING — FOR CLOSED COURSE COMPETITION USE ONLY. NOT INTENDED FOR STREET USE. The sale, installation, or use of certain products may be restricted under federal law, including the Clean Air Act, depending on the vehicle and application.
5. No Representation of Street Legality. RNJ Performance LLC does not claim or guarantee that any non-certified or non-exempt product is lawful for use on public roads.
